CARE International developed a position paper in advance of the G7 Summit taking place on June 7 to 8, 2015 in Elmau, Germany. 

The position paper sets out CARE’s expectations in the following areas since these themes on the G7 agenda are central to CARE’s mission: 

1. Economic empowerment for women and girls
2. Tackling climate change
3. Food and nutrition security
