This toolkit was produced by CARE International, with technical input by the International Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD). The toolkit provides practical assistance for adapting design, implementation, monitoring & evaluation to meet the challenges posed by climate change.

This toolkit is a step-by-step structure provides guidelines and recommended tools for all stages of the project cycle, as well as practical examples. Water resource management and agricultural projects are specifically highlighted, as they were prioritized for field testing by beta-versions of the toolkit.
